- A bitline-sharing eDRAM-RRAM hybrid CiM aimed at better throughput against the inherent variation of RRAM cells, while keeping the small footprint and zero-leakage characteristics of RRAM storage.
- The bitline is reconfigurable: to a differential amplifier / transmission gate for inter-frame operation and denoising, or to an ADC for DNN computation.
